通过分析晶界对铜线材电阻率、电容值以及信号失真度的影响规律,研究晶界对线材传输信号影响的机制。结果表明,随晶界数的增加,线材的电阻率呈非线性增加,线材的电容值呈线性减少。晶界的电阻率大于晶界两侧晶粒的电阻率是晶界影响线材传输性能的本质,晶界的电阻、电容以及电感特性是晶界对线材传输性能影响的具体表现形式。
By analyzing the influence of grain boundary on the resistivity, capacitance and signal distortion of copper wire, the mechanism of the influence of grain boundary on the transmission signal of wire is studied. The results show that the resistivity of the wire increases nonlinearly with the increase of the number of grain boundaries, and the capacitance of the wire decreases linearly. The grain boundary resistivity is greater than the grain boundaries on both sides of the grain resistivity is the grain boundary affect the wire transmission properties of the nature of the grain boundary resistance, capacitance and inductance characteristics of grain boundaries on the wire transmission performance of concrete manifestations.
