21世纪是中华民族伟大复兴的世纪。各企业工厂、用人单位对当代大学生的相关专业素质和技能要求越来越高。本文是关于《高职学生职业发展与就业知道》课程设计的探索,该门课程以一个完整的系统对大学生进行就业创业意识和观念、就业创业态度与方法、就业创业能力和水平的培养,以期提高大学生综合素质和能力,为其毕业后适应社会发展打下坚实基础。
