目的:研究类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者的GM-CSF及免疫状况的变化情况。方法:采用随机取样法,收集2013年4月至2014年4月到风湿内科就诊的40例类风湿关节炎患者作为观察组,并随机选取同一时间段内体检中心进行体检的40名健康体检人员作为对照组。检测观察组40例类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血清中的GM-CSF和IgG.、IgA.、IgM、C3、C4、CRP等各项免疫指标水平,同时对对照组健康人员的的体检资料中的各项指标水平进行分析总结。并且将两组资料显示结果进行对比分析。结果:观察组的IgG、IgA、IgM、CRP及ESR的水平均高于对照组健康体检人员各项指标水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组研究对象的血清中GM-CSF、IL-6及IL-17的含量水平均高于对照组健康人员,两组数据有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的WBC、RBC、PA、Alb的水平均低于对照组,观察组的TP、GLO、HB、PLT的水平均高于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过检测类风湿性关节炎患者血清中GM-CSF及各项免疫指标的水平,可以有效地、准确地诊断患者的疾病情况,还可以减少诊断的步骤和所使用的费用。
Objective: To investigate the changes of GM-CSF and immune status in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: A total of 40 rheumatoid arthritis patients who were admitted to the Department of Rheumatology from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected as the observation group and randomly selected 40 health examination staff who were examined at the physical examination center during the same period As a control group. The serum levels of GM-CSF, IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, C4 and CRP in the serum of 40 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in the observation group were detected, and the physical examination data of healthy people in the control group In the various indicators of the level of analysis and summary. And two groups of data show that the results of comparative analysis. Results: The levels of IgG, IgA, IgM, CRP and ESR in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of GM-CSF in the observation group , IL-6 and IL-17 levels were higher than the control group of healthy people, there was significant difference between the two groups, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The levels of WBC, RBC, PA and Alb in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The levels of TP, GLO, HB and PLT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The detection of GM-CSF in serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and the level of various immune indicators can effectively and accurately diagnose the patient’s disease, and can also reduce the diagnostic steps and the costs involved.
