目的:探究城市公立医院的经济运行能力状况,分析其经济运行过程中存在的问题,为医院的经济管理深化改革提供科学依据和指导。方法:对2014年-2016年期间城市12所公立医院的经济情况进行统计学分析,研究城市公立医院的经济运行状态,分析其经济运营的趋势,了解其运营效益及经营效率情况。结果:城市公立医院经济运行状况基本平稳,其社会效益有所增加,但经营效率较低。结论:建议城市公立医院提高管理层面的监管力度,同时加强政府投入,提高其自身的管理水平,完善自身经济管理体系,控制医院规模。
Objective: To explore the status of economic operation ability of urban public hospitals, to analyze the problems existing in its economic operation, and to provide scientific basis and guidance for the further reform of the hospital’s economic management. Methods: The statistical analysis of the economic situation of 12 public hospitals in the city from 2014 to 2016 was conducted to study the economic operation status of urban public hospitals, analyze the trend of economic operation and understand the operational efficiency and operational efficiency. Results: The economic operation of urban public hospitals was basically stable, with an increase in social benefits but a lower operating efficiency. Conclusions: It is suggested that urban public hospitals should improve supervision at management level, strengthen government investment, improve their own management level, improve their own economic management system and control the scale of the hospital.
