水工钢闸门的防腐工作是水利工程管理的重要内容。目前钢结构防腐方法较多,其中被广泛应用的有金属喷镀、涂料保护、阴极保护和玻璃钢保护等。选择防腐方法时,既要力求获得较好的保护效果和较长的保护期效,又要考虑材料、设备的可能性和成本的高低,还要因地制宜。根据京密引水工程闸门小而多,又过于分散的特,自1981年以来采用喷砂表面处理──涂装AC-15氯化橡胶铝粉防锈漆和HO6-4环氧富锌漆的施工工艺,先后对17座34孔钢闸门进行防腐保护,效果显著。其中怀柔水库西溢洪道闸门已运行15年之久,仍完好无锈蚀,此法较之金属喷镀、阴板保护、玻璃钢保护有设备简单,工艺操作简便,造价低,适用广泛等优点。只要在施工中严格掌握表面处理、涂装两个工艺和选用适合闸门环境特点的高性能涂料,采用涂料保护的防腐方法,同样能获得较好的保护效果。
