为了解我市卡介苗纳入“冷链”运转后的情况,于1986年夏天(气温27℃~33℃)对成都生研所批号“860724”液体皮内卡介苗,进行了活菌数及接种效果监测,现报告如下。材料与方法一、选点在西城区“冷链”点,随机抽样10个,作为监测点。二、菌苗抽样从菌苗出所经市、区防疫站运输、储存、转发到接种点的几个“冷链”运转环节,随机取样作活菌数监测实验。三、活菌计数方法采取常规活菌计数法,将培养结果按WHO的计算公式计算活菌数。材料、技术均由成都生研所提供。四、接种效果观察以监测点的初种婴儿为观察对象,按接种时间分为新鲜菌苗与非新鲜菌苗两组。接种后12周,由市结防院用成都生研所“860912”批旧结素5 Tu,作阳转率复查及接种反应观察。监测结果一、活菌数实验结果 1.菌苗出所时活菌数为
