一、问题背景2012年10月,我有幸参加了甘肃省教科所举办的第二届小学语文教师素养大赛。这次比赛,课堂教学展示是其中“含金量”最高,也是比赛难度最大的一项,参赛教师需提前一天抽签决定上课的内容,备课时间短,不像平时的参赛课,有智囊团的集体研讨,有多次试教修改的机会,再加之上课时间只有30分钟。因此,简约的教学设计、常态生成的课堂、减负增效的教学效率,更能展示教师钻研教材、设计教学、驾驭课堂的能力。
