【化学名】溴化-8-异丙基东莨菪碱【结构式】【作用特点】本品系我国创制的抗胆碱能支气管扩张药,由东莨菪碱改造而成。适用于解除慢性气道阻塞患者(哮喘、气管炎、肺气肿等)的气道痉挛。吸入后30分钟到1小时可达作用高峰。通过肺功能试验证明,本药确有明显的支气管扩张作用。本品对慢性支气管炎患者的支气管扩张作用与其他作用较佳的β-受体兴奋剂相等。而对心血管的副作用却比其他β-受体兴奋剂为小。【适应症】适用于慢性阻塞性肺疾患,特别是慢性喘息性支气管炎。
