Bcl 2和Bax是调控凋亡的重要的胞内蛋白质。Bcl 2蛋白的超表达使细胞生存期延长 ,而Bax的超表达则促使细胞凋亡。二者在肺癌的发生、发展过程中具有不同程度的表达。
Bcl 2 and Bax are important intracellular proteins that regulate apoptosis. Overexpression of Bcl 2 protein prolongs cell survival, while overexpression of Bax promotes apoptosis. Both have different degrees of expression during the development and progression of lung cancer.
