本文报道了一系列二叔了基二氯化锡与含氮配体的配合物的合成和光谱表征，并对这些配合物的红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱进行了讨论。这些配合物抑制Ehrlich腹水癌的体外活性高于阿克拉霉素A，这些配合物抑制P388淋巴白血病的体外活性强于顺铂，同时这些配合物对SGC7901胃腺癌有一定的体外抑制作用。
In this paper, the synthesis and spectral characterization of a series of di-tert-butyltin dichloride ligands with nitrogen-containing ligands were reported. The IR and 1H NMR spectra of these complexes were also discussed. These complexes inhibit the activity of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma in vitro than aclacinomycin A. These complexes inhibit P388 lymphocytic leukemia activity in vitro more than cisplatin, and these complexes on SGC7901 gastric adenocarcinoma have some in vitro inhibition.
