本文利用高效液相色谱法和非水滴定法分别测定了多索茶碱的含量,两者测定结果经F、t 检验,无显著差别。
In this paper, the contents of doxofylline were determined by HPLC and non-aqueous titration, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two methods by F and t test.
