本文介绍了北京外国语大学远程教育管理体系，并用实例阐明了北外远程教育管理是如何贯彻教育部所倡导的开放性、协作性、交互性和自主性等基本原则，指出了在中国现有环境下远程英语教学所需要解决的问题。
This paper introduces the distance education management system of Beijing Foreign Studies University and illustrates with examples how the management of distance education in the north outdoes the basic principles of openness, cooperation, interaction and autonomy advocated by the Ministry of Education. It points out that in the existing environment Problems to be solved in distance English teaching.
