本刊讯2012年9月1日,福建省连城县年产5万t特种纸项目全面开工建设。特种纸项目是连城县2012年重点引进实施的对台经济合作项目,由该县企业与台湾客商合作,共同投资1.43亿元建设年产5万t特种纸生产线。该项目分两期实施,第一期计划产能3万t·a-1,投资8000万元,第二期计划产能2万t·a-1,投资6300万元。其中开工建设的一期项目包括建设1条年产0.8万t的1880型高透成型纸、水松原纸生产线,年产1.4万t的2400型育果袋纸、牛皮纸生产线2条,年产1.2万t、3200型拜神纸生产线1条。该项目采用循环、环保的先进工艺,项目的实施,将推动该县原有造纸产业的转型升级,推进节能减排、环境保护。
Our correspondent September 1, 2012, Liancheng County, Fujian Province with an annual output of 50,000 tons of specialty paper project started construction. Special paper project is the key economic cooperation project introduced and implemented by Liancheng County in 2012. The county enterprise cooperates with Taiwanese businessmen and jointly invests 143 million yuan to build an annual output of 50,000 t special paper production line. The project is implemented in two phases. The first phase plans to have a production capacity of 30,000 t · a-1, an investment of 80 million yuan and a planned production capacity of 20,000 t · a-1 for the second phase with an investment of 63 million yuan. The first phase of the project under construction includes the construction of 1880 high permeable paper with an annual output of 80,000 t, the production line of cork paper, the 2400 type of fruit bag paper with an annual output of 14,000 tons and the kraft paper production line with an annual output of 1.2 10,000 t, 3200-type worship God paper production line 1. The project adopts the advanced technology of recycling and environmental protection, and the implementation of the project will promote the transformation and upgrading of the county’s existing paper-making industry and promote energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection.
