目前,我国资源可利用量以及矿山所能提供的原料供应能力与我国有色金属工业迅猛发展的情形之间已表现出诸多的不协调性和矛盾性。为缓解资源供需,有色金属废料和废件的再生回收就显得特别重要。本文介绍了真空冶金技术在热镀锌渣、硬锌以及其他锌基二次资源再生中的应用情况。研究表明,真空冶金技术能够有效的回收二次资源,具有良好的前景,符合建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的要求。
At present, there are a lot of uncoordination and contradiction between the availability of resources in our country and the supply of raw materials that can be provided by mines and the rapid development of nonferrous metals industry in our country. To ease the supply and demand of resources, non-ferrous metal scrap and waste recycling is particularly important. This article describes the application of vacuum metallurgy technology in the regeneration of hot-dip galvanized slag, hard zinc and other secondary zinc-based resources. Research shows that vacuum metallurgy technology can effectively recover secondary resources, has good prospects, in line with the requirements of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.
