春天是多么有希望的季节呀-就像我们的学生.每当在讲台上看到那一双双眼睛,就像阵阵春风迎面吹来.他们就是春天的树苗,正在茁壮成长,需要家长,老师,社会的爱护,灌溉,直到长成参天大树.在他们的小学学习路途上,我与他们共同经历成功的喜悦,失败的颓丧.我既是组织者,又是参与者,更是见证者.见证着学生的成长.督促我教学方法的不断改进,不断完善.教学就是不断运用知识与策略的巧妙结合,在用在学生的学习过程中.我有这样几点策略心得。
Spring is a season of hope - just like our students.When you see that pair of eyes on the podium, just like spring breeze blowing in. They are spring saplings, are thriving, parents, teachers , The community’s love and irrigation, until it grows into a towering tree. On their way to primary school, I shared the joys and failures of success with them, and I was both an organizer, a participant and a witness.
