目的:分析京大戟Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr.的挥发油成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从京大戟中提取挥发油成分,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术连机分析,采用峰面积归一化法确定各组分的相对含量。结果:共分离出35个峰,鉴定出29种化学成分。由干燥的京大戟根中提取此种挥发油的收率为0.3%。结论:提取物的主要成分为沉香螺旋醇(49.23%)和四甲基环癸二烯异丙醇(20.66%)。该研究为京大戟的进一步研究提供了可靠的科学依据。
Objective: To analyze the essential oil components of Euphorbia pekinensis Rupr. Methods: The constituents of essential oil were extracted by steam distillation from Jingdaxiao and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The relative content of each component was determined by peak area normalization. Results: A total of 35 peaks were isolated and 29 chemical constituents were identified. The yield of this volatile oil extracted from dried Euphorbia root was 0.3%. CONCLUSION: The main components of the extract are alcologol (49.23%) and tetramethylcycloprefin isopropanol (20.66%). This study provides a reliable scientific basis for the further research of Euphorbia.
