(卫生部令第85号)《医疗机构临床用血管理办法》已于2012年3月19日经卫生部部务会议审议通过,现予以公布,自2012年8月1日起施行。部长陈竺第一章总则第一条为加强医疗机构临床用血管理,推进临床科学合理用血,保护血液资源,保障临床用血安全和医疗质量,根据《中华人民共和国献血法》,制定本办法。第二条卫生部负责全国医疗机构临床用血的监督管理。县级以上地方人民政府卫生行政部门负责本行政区域医疗机构临床用血的监督管理。
