目的为充分利用大戟科叶下珠资源,优选叶下珠有效成分总多酚的提取工艺。方法以总多酚含量考察为指标,使用酶法进行提取,采用正交设计法对工艺条件进行优化,普鲁士蓝法进行总多酚含量测定。结果总多酚最佳提取工艺:时间为2 h、温度为60℃、加酶量为1.5%p、H 5.5、液料比为50,总多酚提取率9.74%。结论方法简单可行,优于传统的溶剂提取法,可作为叶下珠总多酚的提取工艺。
The purpose is to make full use of the resources of E. officinalis under the leaves, and to optimize the extraction process of total polyphenols from the active ingredients of E. officinalis. Methods The total polyphenol content was used as an indicator. Enzymatic extraction was used. The orthogonal design method was used to optimize the process conditions. The Prussian blue method was used to determine the total polyphenol content. Results The optimum extraction process of total polyphenols was as follows: time was 2 h, temperature was 60°C, enzyme dosage was 1.5% p, H 5.5, liquid-to-feed ratio was 50, and total polyphenol extraction rate was 9.74%. Conclusion The method is simple and feasible, superior to the traditional solvent extraction method, and can be used as the extraction process of total polyphenols from the leaves under the bead.
