金氏菌属系革兰氏阴性细菌,按其形态、培养、生理特性、对抗生素的敏感性及寄居部位,与奈瑟氏菌属相似。Henrirsen等(1968)指出,金氏菌属对人具有致病性。曾将该菌归纳摩拉氏第一组(M-1),后又被命名为金氏摩拉氏菌(Moraxella Kingae)。根据金氏菌属细胞壁脂肪酸组成,它与摩拉氏菌属和奈瑟氏菌属无遗传学相似性,因此,Snell(1976)将金氏菌属作为奈瑟氏菌科的一个新属——金氏菌属(Kingellae)。金氏菌属系无动力的革兰氏阴性球杆状细菌。涂片中通常呈成对或短链状排列,无芽胞和荚膜。在一般营养琼脂培养基上,生长不良或不生长。在含5%兔血或绵羊血或含腹水、血清的琼脂平板上生长良好。经24
Genus genus is a Gram-negative bacterium that is similar to Neisseria according to its morphology, culture, physiological characteristics, sensitivity to antibiotics, and loci. Henrirsen et al. (1968) pointed out that genus genus is pathogenic to humans. The strain has been assigned to the first group of Moraxella (M-1) and later to Moraxella Kingae.
