目的探讨90Sr/90Y放射性核素敷贴器治疗1岁以下皮肤草莓状血管瘤患儿,体积<2.5 cm×1.3 cm×0.3 cm,单发、皮肤浅表血管瘤疗效。方法采用90Sr/90Y放射性核素敷贴器局部近距离照射治疗,每周3次,10次为1个疗程,采取个体量化治疗,总吸收剂量10~25 Gy,间隔3个月为1个治疗周期。结果138例患儿治疗结束后分别随访1~9个月。1个疗程治愈97例,2个疗程治愈38例,3个疗程治愈3例,无溃破发生,部分出现轻度放射性皮炎,3~9个月基本消失,恢复满意。显效率为100%。结论90Sr/90Y敷贴器治疗婴幼儿皮肤浅表血管瘤,操作简便、安全、无痛,增殖期治疗效果好,恢复满意,易于为患儿家属所接受。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of 90Sr / 90Y radionuclide applicator in the treatment of children with 1-year-old skin strawberry hemangioma with a volume of 2.5 cm × 1.3 cm × 0.3 cm. Methods 90Sr / 90Y radionuclide applicators were used for local brachytherapy, 3 times a week and 10 times as a course of treatment. The total dose of 10 ~ 25 Gy was absorbed by a single dose at a interval of 3 months cycle. Results 138 cases of children were followed up for 1 to 9 months after treatment. 97 cases were cured in one course, 38 cases were cured in 2 courses, 3 patients were cured in 3 courses. No ulceration occurred. Some patients had mild radiodermatitis and disappeared in 3 ~ 9 months. Significantly efficient 100%. Conclusion 90Sr / 90Y applicator for the treatment of superficial hemangiomas in infants and young children has the advantages of simple, safe and painless operation, good curative effect in proliferative phase, satisfactory recovery and easy acceptance by the families of children.
