本研究应用致敏红细胞花环试验法（间接法）对３４名复发性口腔溃疡（ＲＯＵ）患者溃疡期和缓解期及２８名正常人外周血中的Ｔ细胞亚群进行了检测，以图了解ＲＯＵ患者的细胞免疫功能状态。结果显示：与正常对照组相比，在溃疡期，ＲＯＵ患者外周血中的Ｔ３和Ｔ４值无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）；Ｔ８值明显升高Ｐ＜０．０５）；Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值明显降低（Ｐ＞０．０５）。而在溃疡缓解期，ＲＯＵ患者外周血中的Ｔ３、Ｔ４、Ｔ８值以及Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值与正常组相比例无明显差别（Ｐ＞０．０５）。研究结果表明ＲＯＵ患者体内存有Ｔ细胞亚群水平的异常改变和Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值的失衡，提示溃疡的发生可能与患者细胞免疫功能的紊乱及Ｔ细胞亚群的失衡有一定的关系。
In this study, 34 patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer (ROU) at ulcer and remission and 28 normal peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets were detected by allergen erythrocyte rosette test (indirect method), in order to understand ROU Patient's cellular immune function status. The results showed that compared with the normal control group, there was no significant change in peripheral blood of patients with ROU at T3 and T4 (P> 0.05), T8 increased significantly (P <0.05), and T4 / T8 The ratio was significantly lower (P> 0.05). In the ulcer remission period, the values of T3, T4, T8 and T4 / T8 in peripheral blood of patients with ROU had no significant difference (P> 0.05) compared with the normal group. The results show that abnormal T cell subsets and imbalance of T4 / T8 ratio exist in patients with ROU, suggesting that the occurrence of ulcers may have a relationship with the imbalance of cellular immune function and T cell subsets.
