目的:探讨高压氧治疗高海拔地区糖尿病足的治疗作用。方法:将36例确诊为糖尿病足的患者随机分为对照组进行常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上行高压氧治疗,依据Wenger疗效标准进行效果评价。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.001),治愈时间明显缩短。结论:高压氧可以有效改善糖尿病足的血液循环,促进糖尿病足早期康复,对提高患者生活质量有积极作用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen on diabetic foot in high altitude area. Methods: Thirty-six patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into control group and routine treatment. The treatment group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen on the basis of the control group, and the effect was evaluated according to the Wenger efficacy standard. Results: The treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.001), the cure time was significantly shorter. Conclusion: Hyperbaric oxygen can effectively improve the blood circulation of diabetic foot and promote the early rehabilitation of diabetic foot, which has a positive effect on improving the quality of life of patients.
