对３２例因恶性肿瘤所致阻塞性黄疸患者手术前的外周血血清肿瘤坏死因子α（ＴＮＦ－α）水平进行了检测，结果显示患者血清ＴＮＦ－α水平明显升高，并随阻黄持续时间延长和血清碱性磷酸酶升高而上升，表明ＴＮＦ－α可能与阻黄的多种病理损害有关。
The levels of TNF-α in peripheral blood serum of 32 patients with obstructive jaundice caused by malignant tumor were measured.
