国资委近日消息,国资委副主任黄淑和近日在《求是》杂志撰文称,国资委正在抓紧研究、修改进一步深化国有企业改革的意见。今年国资委将从直接管理的中央企业中选择几家开展由董事会直接选聘和管理经理层(包括总经理)的试点。在符合条件的央企开展组建或改组国资投资运营公司试点,在试点基础上总结经验,逐步推进。及早启动国资监管法规、规章、制度的修订完善工作。
