近年来,我国对教育事业越来越重视,为了适应社会发展的需要,许多高职院校纷纷建立起来,为我国培养了许多杰出的人才。十八大报告中对“文化建设”提出了新的要求,各个高校都提出了校园文化建设,我国校园文化已经呈现出多元化的发展趋势。随着市场竞争日益激烈,未来市场的竞争就是人才的竞争,加强校园文化已成为我国高职院校发展的重要内容。坚持以十八大会议精神为指导,不断发挥文化建设的作用,对促进我国高职院校校园文化建设有着重要意义。本文分析了我国高职院校校园文化建设现状,探讨了在十八大精神的引领下,如何高职院校校园文化建设。
In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to education in our country. In order to meet the needs of social development, many higher vocational colleges have set up many outstanding talents for our country. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward new requirements on “Cultural Construction ”. All colleges and universities have proposed the construction of campus culture, and our campus culture has shown a diversified development trend. With the increasingly fierce market competition, the competition in the future market is the competition of talents. Strengthening the campus culture has become an important part of the development of our higher vocational colleges. Adhering to the guidance of the 18th CPC National Congress and constantly giving play to the role of cultural construction are of great significance to promoting the building of a campus culture in higher vocational colleges in our country. This article analyzes the status quo of the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges in our country and explores how to build the campus culture under the guidance of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
