根据我国病案管理现状和水平,笔者认为我国病案管理的发展应从以下几方面入手: 1 加强对病案管理基础理论的研究 病案管理理论是指导病案管理的科学依据,病案管理理论的发展,对推动我国病案管理工作将产生积极的作用。目前,我国病案管理人员偏重于对现有的病案管理技术和方法的研究,尤其是病案书写质量的研究,而轻视病案管理其它理论的研究。当然书写质量的研究同样需要理论的指导,但它只是病案管理工作的一部分,不是全部。因而病案管理人员应从其它角度(如社会学、管理学、医学、统计学、数学等)来探求病案管理的内涵和实质,从而为人们对病案管理的认识提供一种新的逻辑思维,即
