社区医疗保建服务工程的启动，使全科医师可以对母婴从孕前-孕产期-哺乳期-新生儿期-婴幼儿期-学龄前期进行全程监护及管理，从根本上实现了孕产妇和儿童两个系统保健管理的有机结合。本文对社区母婴系统保健管理模式进行了探讨：①新婚建档，指导孕前保健；②发放《母婴保健手册》，指导孕期保健；③筛查高危妊娠，建立专案管理；④消除恐惧心理，进行“准备分娩”训练；⑤加强母乳喂养指导，促进爱婴行动；⑥鼓励住院分娩，保障母婴安全；⑦加强产后家庭访视，指导母婴调适；⑧严格计划免疫程序，减少传染病发生；⑨加强儿童系统保健管理，保障儿童健康，⑩加强避孕技术指导，保障妇女身心健康。
