01五部委联合通知:比特币不能作为货币流通使用中国人民银行、工信部、银监会、证监会、保监会日前联合印发的《关于防范比特币风险的通知》2013年12月5日公布。《通知》指出,比特币不是由货币当局发行,不具有法偿性与强制性等货币属性,不是真正意义的货币。比特币是一种特定的虚拟商品,不具有与货币等同的法律地位,不能且不应作为货币在市场上流通使用。比特币交易作为一种互联网上的商品买卖行为,普通民众在自担风险的前提下拥有参与的自由。
01 Five Ministries Joint Circular: Bitcoin Can not Be Used as Currency Circular The Circular on Precautionary Measures against Bitcoin Bitcoin jointly issued by the People’s Bank of China, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China Banking Regulatory Commission, China Securities Regulatory Commission and China Insurance Regulatory Commission on December 5, 2013 was announced. The “Circular” pointed out that Bitcoin is not issued by the monetary authorities, does not have legal and monetary and other monetary attributes, is not a real currency. Bitcoin is a specific virtual goods, does not have the legal status equivalent to the currency, can not and should not be used as currency in the market circulation. Bitcoin trading as a commodity trading on the Internet, the general public at their own risk under the premise of the freedom to participate.
