中职院校的建校目的是提升中职院校学生的实际操作技能水平,实训教学对于提升学生的实际操作能力有着重要的作用。但是由于以往我国中职院校采用“一刀切”的管制教育,打击了学生的学习积极性。近年来,我国许多院校都在试行“小班化”教学,以求激发中职学生的学习兴趣,提升中职学生的实际操作能力。
The purpose of the establishment of secondary vocational schools is to enhance the practical skills of students in secondary vocational colleges. Practical training plays an important role in improving students’ practical abilities. However, in the past, secondary vocational schools in our country used the “one-size-fits-all” regulatory education to combat the enthusiasm of students. In recent years, many colleges and universities in our country are piloting the teaching of “small classes” in order to stimulate the interest of students in secondary vocational schools and enhance the practical ability of secondary vocational students.
