Ventricular (VA) conduction is the electrophysiological basis for most reentrant supraventricular tachycardias and pacing tachyarrhythmias. VA conduction is also the main cause of pacing syndrome. Therefore, VA conduction electrophysiological research has drawn increasing attention. In this paper, we report the results of VA conduction studies in 18 dogs and 33 patients in order to explore the retrograde traits of different pathways and the mechanism of reentrant activation caused by ventricular stimulation and to clarify its clinical significance. VA conduction electrophysiological studies using simultaneous recording of His bundle (HBE), right atrial topography (HRA), esophageal bipolar electrocardiography (ESO) and surface ECG (ECG).
