患者女,16岁,1995年4月20日因面部及全身长满红色丘疹,皮肤瘙痒,有液体渗出,来我院门诊就诊,经皮肤科诊断为皮肤湿疹。予以维生素 C5.0g 加25%葡萄糖50ml 静脉注射,在静注约2min 时病人表现面色苍白,冷汗,呼吸困难,随即出现心脏骤停。立即停止静注,行胸外心脏按压术,给予氧气吸入、循环三联针(付肾、阿托品各1mg,利多卡因100mg)静脉注射,25%葡萄糖20ml 加地塞米松10mg 静脉注射。抢救约5min 后,病人心跳恢复呼吸逐渐平稳,面色转红润。讨论维生素 C 能参与糖代谢及氧化还原过程,参与细胞间质的生成,减低毛细血管脆性,加速血液凝固,参与解毒功能,增加对感染的抵抗力,且有抗组织胺的作用。在临床上应用范围较广,对很多疾病的治疗有直
