中国铁路机车车辆工业总公司于1990年11月29日至30日在株洲电力机车研究所召开科技成果鉴定会。会议由总公司唐曾妍高级工程师主持。出席会议的有十三个工厂、研究所与机务段等二十一名代表。总公司聘请了上海铁道学院刘韵匀教授、永济电机厂王仁山总工程师、株洲电力机车工厂桂林芳副总工程师、成都铁路局马角坝电力机务段何步昌总工程师、郑洲铁路局机务处内电科黄振文高级工程师担任该三项成果的主审人,
China Railway Locomotive and Rolling Stock Industry Corporation in November 29, 1990 to Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute held a scientific and technological achievements appraisal. The meeting was presided over by Tang Zengyan, a senior engineer at the head office. Twenty-one representatives, including 13 factories, research institutes and machinery depots, attended the meeting. The head office recruited Professor Liu Yun-zheng from Shanghai Railway Institute, Chief Engineer Wang Ren-shan from Yongji Electric Machinery Factory, Deputy Chief Engineer Guilin Fang from Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Factory, Chief Engineer He Buchang from Electric Depot of Majiaba Bureau of Chengdu Railway Bureau, Chief Engineer from Zhengzhou Railway Administration, Section Huang Zhenwen senior engineer as the three main results of the trial,
