一、教材存在的问题1.教材自身观点相互矛盾对于缺乏法律知识储备的教师来说,开设法律知识讲授课,无疑只能依赖教材。但是通览全书,我们发现《生活中的法律常识》中许多观点却相互矛盾。例如“就业维权之道”一框提到,劳动者合法的维权方法主要有协商、调解、仲裁和诉讼四种。而且教材明确写道:“劳动仲裁委员会对当事人的仲裁申请不予受理的,申请人可以自收到不予受理通知书之日
