结合Recursion方法和Dean方法在“近似球”模型下系统研究了晶粒尺寸对Si晶格振动特性的影响,讨论了晶格振动态密度中最高频率峰(主峰)随晶粒尺寸增加所表现出的峰位蓝移和峰宽变窄.通过分析态密度随晶粒尺寸的变化,发现态密度具有收敛特征:态密度在尺寸达到一定程度时变化较小.
The effect of grain size on the lattice vibration of Si crystal was systematically investigated by Recursion method and Dean method under the “approximate sphere” model. The maximum frequency peak (main peak) in lattice vibrational density was discussed as the grain size increased The blue shift of peak position and the broadening of the peak width are narrowed.Through the analysis of the change of the density of the grain with the change of the grain size, it is found that the density of the state has a convergence characteristic: the density of the state changes little when the size reaches a certain level.
