一、我国资源共享目前的状况 关于资源共享这一理论问题,经过多年探讨及几个阶段的实践,全国各地区都有不同程度的进展。先进的、条件好的地区,已初步建立了以计算机网络通讯技术为手段的,以馆际互借方式来实现的资源共享。如已列入国家“九五”重大项目计划的“中国教育科研信息网”(CERNET),其目标就是要利用先进实用的计算机联网和信息资源共享,并与国际学术计算机网络互联,建立功能齐备的网络管理系统。
First, the current situation of China’s resource sharing On the theoretical issue of resource sharing, after years of exploration and several stages of practice, all regions of the country have varying degrees of progress. Advanced, good conditions in the region, has initially established a computer network communication technology as a means to interlibrary loan to achieve the sharing of resources. For example, CERNET, which has been included in the National Ninth Five-Year Plan, aims at using advanced and practical computer networking and information resource sharing and interconnection with international academic computer networks to establish a fully functional Network management system.
