论述重型(65t级)铁水半挂车的使用环境、基本配置,以及车架结构、铁水包支撑方式、电器及制动系统、车桥及轮胎、支腿等重要部件的设计要点。随着全球经济的逐渐回暖,国内冶金业逐步回升,尤其进入2010年以来,冶金行业对65t重型铁水半挂车需求的增长十分迅速。65t是指铁水罐净承载的铁水质量,半挂车的实际载重=铁水质量+罐体(铁水包)质量+内部耐火砖及罐盖质量,总的载质量在100t左右。本文特介绍65t级重型铁水半挂车的结构特点及设计要素。
Discusses the design of heavy duty (65t class) hot metal semi-trailer using environment, basic configuration, and the design of frame structure, ladle support, electrical and braking systems, axles and tires, legs and other important components. With the gradual warming of the global economy, the domestic metallurgical industry gradually picked up. Especially since 2010, the demand of the metallurgical industry for the 65t heavy metal semi-trailer has been growing rapidly. 65t refers to the net weight of hot metal ladle, the actual load of semi-trailer = hot metal + tank (ladle) quality + internal refractory bricks and lid quality, the total load of about 100t quality. This article introduces the structural features and design elements of 65t heavy metal hot water semi-trailer.
