从美国总统克林顿在竞选时提出“信息高速公路”构想后,全球掀起了一股“信息高速公路”热潮。美国、欧共体、法国、日本、新加坡、韩国等世界强国竞相制订发展规划,各地报刊纷纷刊载有关文章。不难看出,“信息高速公路”是发达国家着眼于下世纪国力竞争的一个焦点。我国也提出了相应的建设构想。为了使广大读者加深了解,我们特请《信息经济与技术》编辑部(电话:024-2705471)选编了这组文章。
From the idea of “information superhighway” put forward by U.S. President Bill Clinton during the campaign, a wave of “information superhighway” has been set off in the world. The world powers such as the United States, the European Community, France, Japan, Singapore and South Korea are competing to make plans for development. Newspapers and periodicals all over the country have published relevant articles one after another. It is not difficult to see that the “information superhighway” is a focus of the developed countries that focuses on the national strength competition in the next century. Our country also proposed the corresponding construction idea.
