目前测验肝功能的方法甚多,仅蛋白代谢方面的絮状和浊度试验已不下20余种,而这些方法多受設备与試剂等条件所限,致使在广大的农村中和小型化驗室不能广泛开展,为此我們参照卢戈(Lugol)氏碘液测验肝脏对蛋白代謝試驗,在38例肝炎病人进行了測驗,并与其它肝功能试验:如脑絮、(?)浊、高田氏试驗等进行了比较,结果基本上是平行的(见表)。
