平价医院减压新医改在刚刚结束的2006年全国卫生工作会议上,卫生部高强部长强调要建设平价医院。卫生部新闻发言人毛群安称:“严格来说,平价医院才是国家真正意义上的公立医院!”据悉,平价医院有几条原则。首先是低价不低质,不能说平价医院的价钱下来了,医疗水平也跟着下来。第二,平价医院的医务人员的待遇要保证,不能好医生都流失了。建立平价医院的经费主要依靠地方政府投入,但是建多少、建多大都要根据当地的具体情况来定,全国目前还没有统一的标准。
