班主任是学校工作的主力军,是班级工作的导演者。整个班级体的效益高低取决于班主任的业务素质、工作能力、职业道德和艺术水平。班主任也是学校中全面负责一个班学生的思想、学习、健康和生活等工作的教师,是一个班的组织者、领导者,也是一个班中全体任课教师教学、教育工作的协调者。班主任素质的优劣很大程度上决定了学生今后的人生轨迹。因此,本文结合了作者自身的工作实践总结了优秀的班主任必须具备的基本素质。
Class teacher is the main force of school work, is the director of class work. The level of efficiency of the entire class depends on the class teacher’s professional quality, ability to work, professional ethics and art level. The class teacher is also a teacher in the school who is fully responsible for the thinking, study, health and life of a class of students. It is the organizer and leader of a class and the coordinator of the teaching and educational work of all the class teachers in a class. The quality of the class teacher to a large extent determines the pros and cons of student life trajectory. Therefore, this article combines the author’s own work practice to summarize the basic qualities that an excellent class teacher must possess.
