随着社会档案意识的不断增强和经济改革的逐步深入,十一届三中全会以来,我省各地市县综合档案馆库房建设发展很快,据统计,现共有新库房73座,占全省综合档案馆库房的92％以上,其余的也正陆续兴建、扩建或改建。随着新库房的不断建立,如何搞好新库房管理就成为摆在各级档案馆面前的一个亟待解决的重要问题。通过近几年对部分新建库房的调查研究,我们发现:除少部分管理较科学以外,大多存在这样或那样的问题,有些认识和作法上还存在误区,以至严重地影响了档案的保管与保护,浪费人力物力。这里我们想就新建档案馆库房何时搬进为宜;搬迁前的杀虫与灭菌;温湿度测记仪器的使用;温湿度的测记及测记数据的统计与分析等问题,谈谈
With the continuous enhancement of the social archives awareness and the gradual deepening of economic reform, since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the CPC, the construction of county archives and libraries in various cities and counties has been developing rapidly.
