新一轮课程改革以来,各地先后启动义务教育课程改革和普通高中新课程实验工作。广大中小学教师通过各层次的培训和学习,课程改革意识不断增强,教学理念不断更新,教学方式发生了变化。但在新课改实施的过程中,也存在着一些问题。表现在各校开展的不平衡,有的学校还停留在讲公开课、示范课上,一些教师课堂上“穿新鞋走老路”、“新瓶装旧酒”、“一言堂”现象还普遍存在,学生学习负担有增无减。
