In 1984 when our district formulated the “Regulations on the Use of Foreign Capital and the Introduction of Technology” (Gui Zhengfa [1984] No. 177), we have achieved certain results in the use of foreign capital and the introduction of technical work to promote economic development and technological advancement in our region.
