Introduction Since the United Kingdom and the Netherlands have successively paved the road pavement with rubber modified asphalt in the 1930s, the new asphalt binder has gained rapid development both at home and abroad. In the late 1960s, the United States had deployed about 20,000 kilometers of rubber asphalt pavement.
