高校少数民族学生的党建与思想政治工作,担负着落实与细化习总书记关于“民族团结是发展进步的基石”论断的使命,也反映了高校民族学生教育管理工作的规划与发展水平.本文结合《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》,围绕新时代、新要求,在跨文化教育的视野与方法下,以理念认知的新思路入手,从组织机构的新保障、教育管理的新举措、教育发展的新策略等方面对该问题进行探讨,以期探索少数民族学生教育管理中的党建引领新模式.
