目前,农业产业结构经过不断的调整,江苏省农业生产的重点已经从农业生产产量往效益型进行转变,江苏省经济作物的种植栽培面积也在进一步扩大。江苏省气象局始终坚守“以人为本、无所不在、无微不至”的农业服务理念,进一步增强与农业生产的联系和合作,并以经济市场发展方向为导向,展开了江苏省特色的农业气象服务。江苏省的气象服务应根据该省的气候特点,结合省内的农作物生长生产特征,制定合理有效的农业气象服务方案,来形成江苏省特色的农业气象日常服务流程,在一定程度上促进提高农业气象服务的水平与质量,提升农业气象部门对自然灾害的预防能力。
At present, the industrial structure of agriculture has been continuously adjusted. The focus of agricultural production in Jiangsu Province has shifted from the output of agricultural production to the benefit type. The cultivated area of economic crops in Jiangsu Province has also been further expanded. Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Meteorology always adheres to the concept of agricultural service of “people-oriented, omnipresent and meticulous” and further strengthens the contact and cooperation with agricultural production. With the direction of economic market development as the orientation, Jiangsu Meteorological Service has started to carry out agricultural meteorological services with distinctive characteristics. Meteorological services in Jiangsu Province should be based on the climate characteristics of the province, combined with the province’s crop growth and production characteristics, to develop a reasonable and effective agricultural weather services program to form the characteristics of agricultural daily meteorological service processes in Jiangsu Province, to a certain extent, promote agriculture Meteorological services, the level and quality of agricultural meteorological departments to enhance the prevention of natural disasters.
