科教部门作为农业项目申报、验收的牵头扎口单位,在项目的资格审查、申报、验收材料的初审等方面做了大量的工作,花费了许多的时间和精力,力求所报项目结合当地实际,让农业项目资金更多、更大、更好地助推当地农业的发展,充分发挥农业科技对现代农业发展的支撑和引领作用。文章从科教工作者的角度,分析了农业项目材料初审工作的内容、常遇到的问题及解决对策,总结了从事此项工作以来的经验、体会和想法。
