随着社会的不断发展与进步,文献资源已经逐渐成为科学决策的主要依据,在其向人们展示科学技术成果的同时,也为人们提供了丰富的精神食粮,促进了我国社会文明建设的可持续发展。可以说,文献资源建设对社会发展有着至关重要的作用,大部分国家已经将文献资源和材料、能源并列,成为了国家建设的主要环节。文献资源建设与共享概念进行分析的基础上,阐述文献资源建设与共享的关系,提出图书馆文献资源建设与共享的问题与对策。
