使用显微、图象处理装置考察了复合驱油中原油乳化后的液滴聚并过程。结果表明:随着时间的变化,乳状液中小液滴的数量逐渐减少,在布朗运动过程中大小液滴相互靠拢、附着和聚并。油滴聚并方式与水滴相同,只是聚并速度较快。通过对实验结果的归纳和总结,提出了复合驱油中原油乳化后的液滴聚并机理。
The microscopic and image processing devices were used to investigate the process of aggregation of droplets after the crude oil was emulsified in the composite flooding oil. The results show that with the time changes, the number of small droplets in the emulsion gradually decreases. During Brownian motion, the size droplets close to each other, attach and combine. The droplets are coalesced in the same way as water droplets, except that the coalescence is faster. Through summarizing and summarizing the experimental results, the mechanism of droplet aggregation after crude oil emulsification in composite flooding was proposed.
