介绍了平面四连杆机构在自卸汽车举升机构中的成用。本文用矢量法对举升机构中各杆的位置及常用的几种驱动型式进行了分析,对骓动油缸的参数、各铰点所受的力等进行了探讨,从而得出各量间的内在规律,为设计人员提供了有价值的参考。
The use of planar four-bar linkage mechanism in dump truck lifting mechanism is introduced. In this paper, the position of each rod in the lifting mechanism and several common driving modes are analyzed by vector method. The parameters of the movable cylinder and the force of each hinge point are discussed. The inherent law provides designers with valuable reference.
